A maniac named Art Clown terrorizes two friends on Halloween and everyone who gets in his way. David Howard Thornton was the sixth person to try out for the role of Art the Clown after Mike Giannelli left the role and quit acting altogether. During the audition, he began pretending he was tasting the blood of his decapitated victim, but later added salt to it to make it taste better.

In the takes where Tara’s mouth is taped shut, in some of the early takes the tape clearly doesn’t touch the bottom of her mouth, while in other takes it’s wrapped tightly around both lips. Nothing amazing, but it is quite acceptable
Yes, there is almost no plot and it is very nihilistic and gratuitous, but it is made up for by a really creepy villain and some incredibly brutal and very well done gore effects. The acting of the actors is completely average. Much better than what usually happens in low-budget horror movies these days.

It is not the kind of movie that will revolutionize the genre, but it is a fun throwback to the good old days of unstoppable silent killers terrorizing people for random reasons. Clown Art, Pennywise, and killer clowns are just some of the comical creatures that give us goosebumps.
